Our refund policy

All products sold by PrimeSprint, including the 835 Preschool Worksheets bundle, are digital downloads. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Why we do not offer refunds

Our worksheets are delivered as instant PDF downloads. Once you receive the files, they cannot be returned, and a copy can be kept, printed or shared after download. Because we cannot take a digital product back, we are not able to refund the purchase, even if you have not opened, downloaded or printed the files. This is standard for digital products and it also helps us keep the price low and fair for every parent.

Check the contents list under “What you get today” to see every section and page count.
The worksheets are made mainly for children aged 3–5. The bonus section has some activities that suit ages 5–6.

The files are PDFs. You need a device that can open PDF files and a printer to print the pages.

If you did not receive your product

If you paid but did not receive your download link, or the link does not work, please email us at primesprint86@gmail.com. We will check your order and send you your files. This is not a refund request. It is our promise that you get the product you paid for. Please write to us as soon as you notice the problem, so we can solve it quickly.

Exceptional cases

Refunds are not a right under this policy. In rare cases, for example when the product clearly does not match what we described on the page, or when you share a genuine and understandable reason, PrimeSprint may choose to review your request and may offer a refund. Whether to give a refund in such a case depends completely on PrimeSprint, and our decision is final. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund. Please do not make a payment expecting that an exception will be made.
